C ottage Terms and Conditions
We welcome your provisional bookings over the telephone, and can advise on availability.
We will hold your provisional booking for three days, then confirmation to be confirmed with a non refundable deposit of £100 for each week.
The balance in full is due for payment 60 days before arrival, and if booking is made less than 60 days before the holiday date, full payment will be due on booking.
Arrival and departure days are Saturday. We look forward to your arrival after 4pm Saturday, and request that you vacate the cottage by 10am on the morning of Departure.
We hope that you will leave our cottage as you would like to find it ready for the next guests enjoyment.
We normally only accept family bookings.
Babies under 2 years old free of charge
1 Cot available on request free of charge - bed linen for cot not provided.
Central Heating Supplement of £25.00 per week applied 7th Sept - 7th May.
Logs for open fire available small charge. Fire Guard must be used at all times when fires are alight.
All bedding is included, ie duvets, pillows. Clean change of bedding for 2 week stay.
Towels and Tea Towels included.
Pets - we are dog lovers... and are happy for you to bring your well behaved dog charged at £20 per week per dog.
Pets are not allowed on furnishings or bedding and should be kept downstairs at all times.
Please supply your own animal bedding and beds.
Please do not leave your pet unattended in the cottage at any time.
Dogs can be exercised freely in our woodlands and fields, but please do not allow them to foul in the garden area.
Clients are liable for any damage caused by your pets.
Bring your horse - stables available to include bedding and hay only, DIY - £100 per horse per week maximum 2 horses.
Your own Holiday Insurance is strongly recommended.
The owners are not liable to the resident or any member of the party for any loss or damage to any property / belongings of them or their visitors, or for acts of negligence or willfull damage whatsoever caused.
